The registered company name and tax identification number of the operator are not yet published on this site. Article 10 of the LSSI-CE requires both, and they will be added here as soon as they are confirmed. In the meantime, the restaurant can be reached at the address, telephone number and email address given above, and any request for the operator's registered details will be answered at info@restaurantetomodachi.com.

This site exists to describe the restaurant, publish its menu and its opening hours, and take table reservation requests. It sells nothing: no order can be placed and no payment can be made through these pages.

A reservation submitted here is a request and not a confirmed booking. The table is not held until the restaurant replies to confirm it.

By browsing this website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or with the systems it runs on.

Prices, dishes and opening hours are published in good faith and may change. Where a dish or a price on this site differs from the carte in the restaurant's hand, the carte in the restaurant is the one that applies. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, tell your waiter before you order rather than relying on this website.

The text, photographs, layout, brand names and the Tomodachi Marbella logotype displayed on this site belong to the operator or are used under licence from their respective owners. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than private viewing in a browser, without prior written authorisation.

This site links to third-party services it does not control, social networks and a mapping service among them. Those links are provided for convenience only: the operator is not responsible for the content of any external site, nor for what those services do with data you give them once you have left this one.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website will be submitted to the courts of Marbella, without prejudice to any mandatory forum that consumer-protection law may grant the visitor.
